It's going to be a rough run at this course, not the least because of that whole Pokeball situation, but with determination Dolly can certainly make it! The staff will have taught her everything she needs if she took the lessons before tackling the gym challenge itself, and eventually she'll make it to where Emporio waits.
And it'll be a rough battle- extremely rough- from there. Fortunately, if Dolly surrenders the fight- or indeed, if she even refuses a fight at all- she'll be walking out of there with some valuable lessons in rain and storm camping and a shiny new petal and badge!
